On the 10th of May 2012, the Belgian Contact Centre Awards will be held for the fourth time. Contactcentres.be awards those contact centre companies that realized discerning projects and achieved remarkable results in a particular domain. This edition, however, will be organized within a whole new theme. As from 2012, the Awards are presented as the CAVIARS.
How to submit your CAVIARS case?
The procedure to submit a case is facilitated for this edition. If you consider to compete for a CAVIAR, initially you just have to mail us on caviars@contactcentres.be and give us a short description of your project and the accompanied achieved results (approximately half of an A4). Early February, the jury will take all the proposed cases in consideration and will select and ask those companies with the best propositions to submit a definite case. The other companies will receive feedback as well to adapt the proposed case project. Any further questions? Don't hesitate to send your question to caviars@contactcentres.be.
ATTENTION: Given the great number of requests to delay the deadline to submit your initial case proposal, the deadline is changed to 15 February 2012. By submitting your case proposal in time, you stand a chance of winning an exclusive CAVIAR packet of €250.
