Sitel Belgium organizes seminars on Contact Centre Business Solutions and Innovations
On January 19th Sitel Belgium launched its seminars on Contact Centre Business Solutions and innovations. The topic of this first event was Social Media and How to integrate Social Media Support into the Customer Service model for maximum ROI.
Hilde Verdoodt, Country Manager Sitel Belgium, welcomed three guest speakers amongst which Andrew Kokes, Sitel’s Vice President of Global Product Management.
The lunch event, held in Brussels at “Living Tomorrow” provided three sessions of presentations followed by interactive discussions.
Andrew Kokes elaborated Sitel’s philosophy on “Intelligent Web Engagement” and how proactive chat is enabling Sitel’s clients to achieve very specific business outcomes.
Kim Dix-Huijts, Head of Consumer Care Philips TV, explained that Social Media is one of their most important touch points in Customer Care and that it is one of the few channels where an unlimited audience can be reached by themselves as well as by consumers. In Social Media, the traditional “Business to Consumer” has changed into “Business to Community”. “Key is therefore a great understanding of the expectations of one’s consumers”, Kim stated.
RightNow Technologies presented how their Social Experience solutions can help the client monitor conversations and act quickly to address customer concerns coming in from the social web. Che Mott, Business Development Director, shared how one can create online communities to host one’s conversations with customers to deliver exceptional customer service.
This informative event was a great way to bring together clients, prospects and senior customer contact professionals from across different sectors and organizations.
